PAYMENT POLICY

Physiotherapy services are NOT covered under OHIP. You may be able to submit your receipts to your extended health plan. We currently do online submission for all Motor Vehicle Insurer(MVA), WSIB and VAC claims.

We  participate in most all of the major health insurance plans in the region. Following are the health plans which we currently accept.

If your plan is not listed, please inquire at reception

Be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and copayments for which you could be responsible. 

Please note* A doctors referral is not required. However, some extended health benefits may require one. Contact your insurer for specifics.

Payment is due at time of service. We accept Cash, Cheque, Debit, Credit and now accepting

e-transfer(see below)
